Kelly Nightingale has worked in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis since 2012. She holds a BA in Psychology and Linguistics, a graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Sciences and a Masters of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She is also currently working on her Doctorate in Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis.

She was certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019. and became a Registered Behaviour Analyst through the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) when the field was regulated in 2024.

Prior to opening Learn2ABA, Kelly has worked primarily with early intervention and school age children but has also worked with teens and adults. She has worked in a variety of settings, including but not limited to, in-centre, in-home, in-school and residential services.

Outside of Learn2ABA, Kelly is also a recreational gymnastics coach and a cheerleading coach at both elite competitive and professional levels. Kelly also has a supportive partner and daughter who allow her to follow all her dreams!
